Please Welcome our new Pastor Fr. Engelbert Ofon!

Fr. Engelbert grew up in Tole, Buea, the eldest of six in a close knit Catholic family where faith shaped daily life.  Drawn to a quiet call to priesthood from an early age, he continued his formation at St. Thomas Aquinas Major Seminary and was ordained in 2008.

The Parable of the Good Samaritan is especially meaningful to him, reflecting the kindness of strangers he has experienced throughout his life and the compassion he brings to ministry.  He loves liturgical music and Latin hymns, and enjoys both the flavors of home, especially well-spiced fried rice and American favorites like steaks and burgers.
